Rafael is Director of International Affairs at VLG Brazil Intellectual Property, Advertising Professional (Bachelor’s Degree in Communications), and Attorney at Law.


Mr. Garutti has a Master of Business Administration in Intellectual Property, Law and Ethics and he is INTA (International Trademark Association) member. He has taken several courses in the field of intellectual property, as such: Drafting, Searching, and Classifying Patents (Universidade Federal Fluminense – UFF, 2018), Valuation of Intellectual Property Assets (PRIS, 2016), and General Course on Intellectual Property (WIPO, 2012).
He has been practicing IP since 2010, especially managing portfolios for foreign clients, IP agents, and attorneys at law.
