BMF Group LLP (formerly known as McGuireWoods Kazakhstan LLP, subsidiary of international law firm McGuireWoods) has been providing legal services in Kazakhstan and Central Asia since 1994. In June 2010 McGuireWoods Kazakhstan LLP changed its name to BMF Group LLP. The new name was formed using the initial letters in the last names of the partners of the firm Yu. Bolotov, V. Markov and V. Furman. BMF Group LLP is an independent Kazakhstani law firm and although it has no affiliation to any international firm, the extensive experience and track-record enable BMF Group LLP to live up to high standards of servicing expected of an international law firm. Thanks to our new independent status and building on our experience within an international law firm, we take a flexible approach to pricing with due regard to the needs and preferences of our clients while maintaining an outstanding service to our clients and offering depth of resources comparable to those of international law firms. We continue to maintain close friendly and business relations with McGuireWoods, using those relations and a wide partner firm international network, we are able to offer advice on both Kazakhstani law and laws of foreign jurisdictions. Over the years, our firm has been involved in numerous projects in Kazakhstan and neighbouring countries. Since 1994 we have gained extensive experience which has given us unparallel knowledge and understanding of cultural and economic peculiarities of doing business in the Central Asian countries and Kazakhstan thereby enabling us to resolve various challenges that our clients face quickly and efficiently.
