Staudt IP Law is a law firm of patent and trademark attorneys providing service concerning all aspects of intellectual property law. Founded 1993, we had been the Intellectual Property Division of Bittner & Partner from 1996 to 2015 which division has now been transformed into a separate entity. Concerning aspects of general law, we continue to cooperate with the attorneys of law of the former General Law Division of Bittner & Partner who continue to practice under this firm name. The firm's offices are located in the area of Munich, where the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Court and the European Patent Office are located. The main office of the firm is located in Ingolstadt. A branch office is in Starnberg.
