The Influentials in China’s IP Field in 2013

Times makes great figures, who in turn shape our times.


We live in an age of IP, which produces many a genius on IP, be him a government official, a scholar, a judge or a lawyer, or a Chinese or someone from afar, whose impact is nonetheless felt throughout the field of IP. Such impact, directly or indirectly, leads the wind of law and policy, sets the trend of intellectuals and values, and influences our understanding and assessment of IP issues.


In the yesteryear, we followed their moves closely, took notes as objectively as we can by streamlining their viewpoints, and fully appreciated their influences. Limited as these pages are, we may not be able to show them but a few representatives through whose views we observe China’s IP development and change in the cause.
