On July 24, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a press conference in Shenzhen and announced the top 10 cases concerning IPR infringement uncovered in recent years.

These 10 cases announced at the conference include: the case of manufacturing and selling counterfeit "Oseltaminvir phosphate" medicine which was uncovered under the organization of the Ministry of Public Security; the case of the trans-border manufacturing and sale of counterfeit medicines uncovered under the organization of the Ministry of Public Security; the case of manufacturing and sale of counterfeit network lines uncovered by Shanghai; the case of the counterfeit "Sildenafil Citrate Tablet" medicine uncovered by Guangdong Province; the case of dried meat floss under the counterfeit trademark of "厨师" uncovered by Fujiang Province; the case of trans-border sale of counterfeit medicine making use of the internet uncovered by Zhejiang Province; the case of counterfeit toothpaste with famous brands uncovered by Anhui Province; the "12.25" extraordinarily serious case of manufacturing and sale of pirated disks uncovered by Inner Mongolia; the "1.28" extraordinarily serious case of copyright infringement uncovered by Hunan Province; and the "5.17" extraordinarily serious case of trans-border manufacturing and sale of counterfeit cigarettes uncovered by Fujian Province.
