2015 TYPICAL COPYRIGHT CASES IN CHINA

2015 has witnessed a substantial increase in copyright registration in China. There were 1.3482 million works, 292,360 computer software and 606 copyright mortgage being registered, amounting to 1.641166 million registrations in total. However, copyright related disputes also raised. In this special issue on copyright, China IP has selects some typical copyright cases in China which were recommended by courts at all levels, with the aim of giving enlightenment and providing reference to copyright related enterprises for their future business.
