The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office jointly issued the "Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Professional Title Evaluation Trial Measures". They added the professional title of intellectual property. All professional and technical personnel engaged in services and operation management of intellectual property (including patents, trademarks, geographical indications, copyrights, etc.) in Beijing's state-owned enterprises and institutions, non-public economic organizations, and social organizations will be included in the scope of the evaluation.

From September 1st, Beijing will start the first application for senior professional titles of intellectual property.
