On June 24, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) announced the 22nd China Patent Awards result on the official website. CNIPA and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) granted 30 invention utility model patents, including "a signaling configuration system and method for measuring reference signals" and others with Chinese patent gold medals, and "color ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus" and other ten design patent with China Design Gold Award; CNIPA awarded 60 inventions and utility model patents including "Ceramic Matrix Composite Material Connection Method" and other 60 with China Patent Silver Award. CNIPA decided to award 825 inventions and utility model patents, including "A Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Stomach Diseases and its Preparation Process" with the China Patent Excellence Award, and "Integrated Smokeless Stoves" and other 56 design patents with China Design Excellence Award. CNIPA awarded the Best Organization Award of China Patent Award to eight institutions, including Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, the Excellent Organization Award of China Patent Award to 20 institutions including Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, and the Best Recommendation Award of China Patent Award to 15 academicians, including Yang Wei.
