Ms. Anna Mikhailyuk is a registered Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Attorney, a managing partner of “Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat & Partners” and the head of the trademark department.

Graduated in Transport Engineering (State University of Transport Engineering and Road Building), IP Law (Institute of Intellectual Property and IP Law) and Civil Law (National University of Internal Affairs).

 

Ms. Anna Mikhailyuk is an active participant and member of international organizations (INTA, ECTA, AIPPI, LES).

 

Ms. Anna Mikhailyuk specializes in trademark and design matters, mainly deals with search and filing of national and international trademarks, legal proceedings and contracts in the field of IP matters, industrial property infringement litigation, unfair competition matters.

 

Ms. Mikhailyuk’s department provides the full range of high quality services related to trademark registration, prosecution, and litigation in Ukraine.
