We have assisted with patent procurement in the U.S. and China and have handled international patent portfolio management and development for U.S., Chinese and international companies. We also counsel Chinese and U.S. companies on the creation and protection of IP rights in China, the U.S. and the global market. We have handled patent litigation and ITC matters in the U.S. for Chinese and U.S. companies, and have supervised enforcement of Chinese intellectual property, including patents and trade secrets, in China.
