Professional Experience

Ms Zhang is a founding partner in Unitalen Attorneys at Law. As a patent attorney, she concentrates her practice on intellectual property acquisition and protection, including acquiring, litigating, and evaluating patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and enforcing and defending intellectual property rights before people’s courts and State Intellectual Property Office. She is extensively experienced in prosecuting patents for biotechnical, pharmaceutical and chemical inventions. Additionally she is active in patent infringement, patentability opinions and searches, patent validity and clearance opinions, and patent litigation.
Prior to her experience at Unitalen, she has been a Judge of a district court for over 4 years.
