The Governmental agency for trademark Registration in  Afghanistan is ACBR-IP, Which register trademarks and patent. And support the intellectual Property rights.

Afghanistan is not following the system of Multiple classes Applications for trademark registration.

There is No Grace Period for trademark Renewal in Afghanistan, An Owner must apply for renewal within six months prior to the expiry otherwise the Ownership of trademark is lost.
