Zhejiang Lingdi Digital Technology sued in US for patent infringement

South Korean virtual fashion Designer CLO Virtual Fashion Inc. filed a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Zhejiang Lingdi Digital Technology Co.. CLO has accused Zhejiang Lingdi’s Style3D software of infringing three of its patents related to digital clothing. The US patent number of the three disputed patents are 10733773, 11410355, and 11222448. CLO is seeking injunction, damages, and other appropriate relief to stop Zhejiang Lingdi from violating its patents. According to the complaint, CLO has also initiated legal proceedings in China. CLO has successfully convinced a Chinese judge to raid on the defendant's offices this May to collect documents and evidence regarding its unauthorized use of CLO technology.
