On August 24, CNIPA held a press conference to release the progress of the transformation and application of intellectual property rights. According to the meeting, the national patent and trademark pledge financing amount reached 162.65 billion yuan in the first half of this year despite of great economic downward, an increase of 51.5% year on year. Among them, inclusive projects below 10 million yuan reached 7345, up 112% year on year, which helps to alleviate the urgent needs of some small and medium-sized enterprises.
